ORDERING & DELIVERY INFORMATION (orders@lionheartapparel.com):

  • Lionheart Apparel orders will only be shipped to the credit card billing address, unless you agree to abide by the "ship/gift to" guidelines. We implement these security measures for your protection. Your understanding is appreciated.
  • Lionheart Apparel will ship your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) provided all ordered items are in stock.
  • Lionheart Apparel will attempt to notify all customers of any back-order delays. We generally will ship back-ordered items within 30 days of order date. If the delay is longer, we will notify the customer when the item becomes available.
  • Lionheart Apparel cannot be responsible for customer time restraints, late ordering, carrier delivery time, or the unavailability of stock by manufacturers.
  • Lionheart Apparel reserves the right to select the parcel carrier and cannot guarantee delivery times.
  • Claims against packaging errors or damage must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods
  • Orders will be shipped via USPS only.
  • Orders weighing 13oz or less ship First Class. Orders weighing greater than 13oz ship Priority Mail (average of 2-3 days delivery). Shipping fees are calculated based on the quantity of items and will appear in the shopping cart at checkout.
  • Lionheart Apparel offers international shipping by USPS Global Priority to a number of international countries at this time VIA PHONE ONLY ((877)791-LION) for a flat $19.00 shipping fee. Transit time is typically between 4-6 days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays of several weeks. In transit tracking and delivery confirmation is not provided.
  • No COD's.
  • Address corrections, forwarding charges and addressing errors provided is the responsibility of the customer. If a package is returned due to an insufficient or bad address, customer forfeits their free exchange after reshipment.
  • Tracking numbers will not be provided for security reasons.
  • Customers must allow ample time for tracing or replacement of any missing packages.

30 DAY RETURNS AND EXCHANGES (returns@lionheartapparel.com):

  • All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of the original sale for a refund.
  • All exchanges will be handled in the order they have been received. Please allow approximately one week from the date an item is mailed back to Lionheart Apparel to process your exchange. Holiday exchanges can take an additional 2-3 days.
  • Only unworn, unaltered merchandise in its original condition (which means that the item must be in the exact condition received, including all tags) received by Lionheart Apparel within 30 days of the original sale will qualify for exchange. All exchanges must be for an item of equal or lesser value.
  • No exchange will be permitted after 30 days from the original sale or on used, soiled or altered items.
  • Lionheart Apparel cannot be held responsible for packages that are improperly addressed, sent with insufficient postage or returned to sender for any reason.
  • Discontinued items can be exchanged for any other item or size available of equal or lesser value, but will NOT at all be accepted after 30 days.
