All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of the original sale for a refund.
All exchanges will be handled in the order they have been received. Please allow approximately one week from the date an item is mailed back to Lionheart Apparel to process your exchange. Holiday exchanges can take an additional 2-3 days.
Only unworn, unaltered merchandise in its original condition (which means that the item must be in the exact condition received, including all tags) received by Lionheart Apparel within 30 days of the original sale will qualify for exchange. All exchanges must be for an item of equal or lesser value.
No exchange will be permitted after 30 days from the original sale or on used, soiled or altered items.
Lionheart Apparel cannot be held responsible for packages that are improperly addressed, sent with insufficient postage or returned to sender for any reason.
Discontinued items can be exchanged for any other item or size available of equal or lesser value, but will NOT at all be accepted after 30 days.
Pack your merchandise in the original plastic garment bag in its original condition including all tags.

Fill Return and Exchange Form out and send to email@example.com or fax to (866)458-7497.
Lionheart Apparel will contact you via email and provide you a Verified Return Number. This Verified Return Number, allows us to track your return or exchange.
Enter the provided Verified Return Number at the top right hand corner of your Return and Exchange Form.
Remember to include the Return and Exchange Form inside the shipping package. Ship merchandise to the address provided on the form.
